Woonsocket, RI- Congratulations to U18 forward Sixten Jennersjo on tendering with the Northeast Generals of the North American Hockey League. Jennersjo, a Long Island University commit, is in his second year with the Saints after playing with the U16 team last season. Jennersjo currently has an 18-21-39 line in 23 games this season leading the U18 team in scoring. Here is what General Manager, Matt Dibble, had to say about Jennersjo “General Manager Matt Dibble added “I am thrilled to get Sixten to the Generals as I believe he can make an immediate impact both on and off the ice. Sixten is a skilled, creative, cerebral hockey player that will fit into the Generals style of play on day 1. Mount does a great job preparing their guys for Junior Hockey and we don’t expect Sixten to be an exception.” Jennersjo will join former Saints Ryan Gordon and Jackson McCarthy next season in Attleboro. Jennersjo and the U18 Saints will head to Hudson, NH this weekend to compete in the New England Regional Tournament. Follow us on Twitter and Instagram for updates all weekend at @RISaintMsHockey!
