U16 Sweeps NE Regionals

Exeter, NH- The U16 team is New England Regional Champions after beating Selects Hockey Academy 6-2 in the Finals. Cam O’Neil led the way all weekend after totaling 19 points in just five games for the Saints. The Saints got through the round robin without a blemish beating Elite Hockey 12-0, Northern Cyclones Academy 13-1, and Seacoast Performance Academy 7-1. In the semifinals, the Saints beat Midfairfield 6-4 who the Saints lost to earlier in the season. Tomas Trunda scored twice for the Saints in the finals along with Dylan Shane who scored the eventual game winner. After going 5-0 on the weekend, the U16 Saints moved up to 6th in the country. The USA Hockey National Championships are being held in St. Louis, MO April 28th-May 3rd. Good Luck to the Saints!
